Short Course on Advanced Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) 

The Engineering Research Center's successful CMP courses have been taught by ERC Professors Ara Philipossian (University of Arizona), Duane Boning (MIT), Srini Ragahavan (University of Arizona), and Steve Beaudoin (Purdue University).  This course, offered via the Internet by Semizone, Inc.,  is offered via streaming lecture videos with accompanying Powerpoint view graphs, and is offered to students at any time on demand during a 90 day window. Lectures can be viewed up to 10 times by the student during this timeframe. The CMP course is offered in 24 modules that require between 12 and 13 hours to view in their entirety. 

In addition, other semiconductor and microelectronics courses have been offered via Semizone by ERC PIs, including Professors Saraswat (Stanford University), McVittie (Stanford University), Graves (University of California-Berkeley), and Khuri-Yakub (Stanford University).
