The NSF/SRC Engineering Research Center (ERC) TeleSeminars are presented
every other Thursday
and are hosted by the ERC member universities: University of Arizona,
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, University of
California-Berkeley, Cornell University, Purdue University, and Lincoln
Laboratory. The TeleSeminar schedules
are posted for your information (2004;
2005; 2006).
ERC Host and Guest Speaker TeleSeminar Presentation Instructions:
- Your slide presentation should be approximately 30 minutes in length with
~15 minutes for follow-up Q&A session.
- Please remember to page number your slides.
- Prior to the presentation, the TeleSeminar host will introduce the
presenter/guest, then detail in brief how the presentation fits within the overall goals of
Center research as a whole.
- The Glypnics/iLinc dial-in number and participant code is posted on the ERC
website. This information will also be included in the TeleSeminar
announcement emails.
- If you need additional information, please contact Karen McClure

Email Announcement Information Deadline:
- The ERC host or the presenter/guest should email TeleSeminar information (presenter name, title, company/university
affiliation, topic
title, and a brief abstract) to Karen McClure
(kmcclure@erc.arizona.edu)
at least two weeks prior to their assigned TeleSeminar.
- A detailed announcement will be emailed to the TeleSeminar distribution list at least
one week prior to each TeleSeminar; a
reminder email will be sent immediately prior.
- If you are interested in being added to the distribution list, please
contact Karen.
Posting of Presentation Materials Deadline:
- Send presentation materials (PPT or PDF files) to Karen
McClure (kmcclure@erc.arizona.edu)
for
posting no later than close-of-business on the Wednesday prior to
your Thursday TeleSeminar; all presentations are posted as PDF.
- Presentation materials will be posted by Wednesday close-of-business to the
Weekly
Seminars link on the ERC's website (http://www.erc.arizona.edu/seminar/index.html).
